Pues el hotel esta bien, las habitación no me quejo , lo malo que el elevador no sirve y sus escaleras no tiene ningún tipo de seguridad están resbaladizas. Y la alberca esta mas o menos
Este hotel es solo de paso, por si vas en plan de negocios, ya que no tiene agua suficiente para los huéspedes, tienes que pedir el servicio del agua y así tendrás solo el vital líquido. Lo bueno es que enfrente del hotel está la estación camionera de autobuses y así saldras por tu boleto de regreso a tu destino sin prisa.

Excelente servicio, en especial el chico que ayuda a hacer las reservaciones llamado Pedro Antonio Ramírez, muy atento y servicial, ojalá lo suban de puesto o le den un incremento, se lo merece.
El servicio es muy cortés. La rapidez en que te traen la comida creo es cosa de acapulco por que en todos lados se tardan en llevar los platos
Buenas noches les recomiendo este hotel ya que esta en la esquina de la terminal de autobuses Acapulco Papagayo y con muy buenas promociones los invito a visitarlo cuenta con alberca a/AC, WiFi cable etc.
